How do I manage my account?

Profile Settings

Go to Settings > Profile

Access your profile settings area

Edit your information

Update user profile and account details

Update personal information

Modify your personal data as needed

Save your changes

Confirm and save all updates

Account Deletion If you need to delete your account:

Go to Settings

Scroll all the way down

Choose "Delete Account"

Select the account deletion option

Confirm deletion

This permanently removes all data

Complete termination

Account deletion complies with data privacy requirements

Can I change the app language?

Yes! ellume supports multiple languages:

Available Languages:

  • English (US formatting)
  • German (European formatting)

To change language:

Go to Settings > Language

Access language preferences

Select your preferred language

Choose from available languages

Automatic formatting

Date, time, and number formatting adapt automatically

How do I customize calendar settings?

Calendar Configuration:

Go to Settings > Calendar

Access calendar configuration options

Choose start of week

Select Sunday or Monday as your week start

Set working hours

Define your availability hours

Choose display format

Select your preferred calendar display options

Booking Settings:

  • Set default appointment durations
  • Configure availability preferences
  • Choose calendar view defaults (1, 3, or 5 days)
  • Customize scheduling preferences

What is Kiosk Mode?

Kiosk Mode allows clients to interact with ellume directly:

Setup:

Go to Settings > Kiosk Mode

Access kiosk configuration

Enable kiosk functionality

Turn on kiosk mode features

Set a 4-digit PIN

Create a secure access PIN

Configure self-service features

Set up client interaction options

Security:

  • Passcode-protected access
  • Limited client access to specific features
  • Secure mode for public-facing use

How do I manage notifications?

Push Notification Settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Toggle notifications on/off
  3. Customize alert preferences
  4. Control notification timing

Notification Types:

Event reminders for appointments

  • Upcoming appointment alerts
  • Booking confirmations
  • Schedule changes

AI response notifications

  • AI generation completions
