Personal notes and notes about your clients
Notes
Open Notes from the menu, or tap Take Note on the dashboard.
How do I create a note?
Tap Add Note
Enter a title and the text
Both are required.
Link a client (optional)
Tap Link to Client and choose the client. Notes without a client are personal notes.
Tap the check icon
Notes linked to a client also appear in that client's Notes tab. If you add a note from there, the client is already linked.
Can I dictate a note?
Yes. Tap the microphone in the editor and speak for up to 60 seconds. ellume adds the text to your note. Dictation needs an internet connection.
What does Enhance do?
Enhance lets AI fix typos, grammar and punctuation and make the text clearer, without changing the meaning or tone. Use Undo to go back to your version. Enhance needs an internet connection and uses AI units.
How do I find a note?
Use the search field at the top of the list. It matches the title, the text and the linked client's name.
The filter offers All, With Client and Personal, and the time ranges Today, This Week (last 7 days) and This Month (last 30 days), by creation date. Notes are sorted by when they were last changed.
Notes are not included in the dashboard search.
How do I copy or delete a note?
Touch and hold a note in the list, or open the menu in the editor, and choose Duplicate or Delete. Deleting cannot be undone.
