Create your account and find your way around
How do I create an account?
Open ellume
A short introduction shows what the app can do. Tap Next to go through it, then Get Started.
Sign up
Choose Sign Up, enter your email and a password and accept the terms of use and privacy policy. ellume sends you a 6-digit code. Enter it and tap Verify Email.
Alternatively, tap Sign up with Apple to use your Apple Account.
Complete setup
Enter your first and last name. Phone, address, postal code, city and birthday are optional. Tap Create Account.
Choose a subscription
The plan selection opens automatically. Choose a plan. If you closed it, tap Unlock PRO. ellume needs an active subscription or trial.
How do I sign in on another device?
Install ellume, tap Sign in and use the same email and password, or Sign in with Apple. Your data downloads automatically. See Offline & Sync.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your email. Open the link from the email on the same device and set a new password. Then sign in again.
How do I get around in the app?
The first screen is the Dashboard.
To switch between areas, tap the round menu button in the bottom right corner. The menu contains:
- Dashboard
- Assistant
- Calendar
- Clients
- Finances
- Gallery
- Notes
The search icon and the gear icon for the settings are in the header of the dashboard. Tapping your name there also opens the settings.
What are the guided tours?
The first time you open the dashboard, assistant, calendar, clients, finances and image creation, a short tour points out the main controls. To see the tours again, go to Settings > Restart Tutorial.

In Settings > Resources you find Help and Support and Contact us, which writes an email to contact@ellume.studio.
